When you contact our office, you will be greeted by our friendly, knowledgeable staff. They will set up a time for you to meet with one of our custom home representatives.
The custom home representative will guide you through the process of choosing the perfect home for your needs. They will then handle all the preconstruction tasks that need to be completed before construction can begin.
Upon construction, a Job Site Supervisor will be assigned to your home. They will work with you throughout construction, keeping you updated on when items are completed and what to expect next. They will supervise the entire process of building your home and answer any questions you may have along the way.
At the completion of construction, your job site supervisor will do a final walk through so you may inspect your home completely, they will listen to your concerns and make notes on any items that may need to be remedied. Once any concerns or items have been remedied, your job site supervisor will schedule a new home orientation. At this meeting they will explain how to use and monitor the various aspects of your home and its internal systems.
